High-efficiency Gas Handler
Conventional RGS can only handle well fluid while the gas content at intake is less than 35%. In terms of higher gas content, there will be a large amount of free gas left around the pump intake, resulting in gas lock and gas cavity.
The high-efficiency gas handler adopts a new concept. It uses axial flow design. The inner vortex generator makes a high pressure effect, compressing the incoming gas into homogeneous tiny gas bubbles. This effect converts the two-phase fluid of liquid and gas into a one-phase liquid or homogeneous mixed fluid containing very few gases.
Gas handlers can be used alone or together with RGS in tandem. The gas handler and separator together are able to handle a gas content of 50%.
