TVEM has a strong dedicated inspection and testing team, as well as advanced professional testing and process testing equipment for submersible electric pumps. To meet the needs of product testing, the company has equipped a large number of advanced testing equipment, including insulation oil dielectric strength tester, roughness tester, digital distributed hardness tester, image measuring instrument, high-precision grating digital length measuring instrument, handheld alloy analyzer, turn to turn insulation withstand voltage tester (MTC2-12KV), coordinate measuring instrument, and other 30 sets.
TVEM conducts 100% inspection and traceability records on key raw materials of submersible electric pumps upon entry, and 100% inspection and traceability records on important product components such as mechanical performance, fluid performance, electrical performance, processing quality, and process processing parameters. The final product of the submersible electric pump, TVEM, is tested and recorded for the entire project in accordance with API standards and GB/T16750 requirements.
