In order to better implement the company's research and development objectives of "producing one generation, trial producing one generation, researching one generation, and conceptualizing one generation", the Technical Department aims to create a united technology research and development team that is widely inclusive and showcases everyone's intelligence and talents, becoming a reflection of the management level of the Technology Department.
The enterprise attaches great importance to talent cultivation, introduces and recruits a large number of aspiring young and middle-aged scientific and technological personnel, establishes a professional and complete expert committee, and establishes broader cooperative relationships with major research and technical institutes related to submersible pumps. This provides necessary guidance and support for the enterprise's talent cultivation. After several years of development, our company's technical team has formed a pyramid shaped excellent technology talent team that combines old, middle-aged, and young talents. In order to enable these young technical engineering personnel to grow better and quickly, we have adopted accelerated strengthening measures such as internships, mentorship, and composite technical positions.
