High load bearing thrust bearing
High-load thrust bearing is applicable to the ESP protector and shall bear the downward axial force as generated by the pump during operation. Presently the general thrust bearing in use is made of copper-based material with non-tilting structure and its bearing capacity is relatively low. Therefore, the lifting head and the structural design of the electric submersible pump has been restricted. With the development of the oil production process of electric submersible pump, electric submersible pumps with high lifting head that can be used in complicated well conditions are in great need. Moreover, reliable high-load thrust bearing with higher capacity is in need.
