Production Capacity
TVEM has a complete production line for submersible electric pumps and submersible seawater electric pumps. TVEM currently has dozens of professional electric pump production equipment and more than 100 experienced technical workers. The production line has an annual production capacity of 5000 sets of submersible oil pump units and 500 sets of submersible sea water pump units.
TVEM uses a professional digital management system to organize production and uses a tracking system to control production quality throughout the entire process. All component processing adopts automated closed-loop management, and the automatic line detection equipment is the Heidelberg online detection system. The repeated positioning accuracy can reach 0.001mm, and automatic tool compensation is carried out to ensure the accuracy and stability of component processing, TVEM currently has dozens of robot devices, and the assembly robots from components to products have flexible control and high positioning accuracy to ensure stable quality. TVEM can provide customers with high-quality submersible pumps in a short period of time.
