Gas processor
The new high-efficiency gas processor of TVEM adopts a new design concept, with an axial flow structure internally. High pressure is generated through the internal worm gear, which compresses the gas entering the processor, reduces the gas volume, forms uniformly distributed small bubbles or disappears, thereby transforming the well fluid entering the suction port of the centrifugal pump from the original gas-liquid two-phase mixture into a single-phase liquid or a uniform mixture containing a small amount of gas, preventing the unit from being affected by gas lock, cavitation, and other factors.
