The TVEM rotary separator is a device that effectively separates the gas-liquid mixture it inhales based on the principle of different centrifugal forces generated by substances of different densities under high-speed rotation. When the gas content at the pump intake is lower than 30%, a single tandem separator can be used to reduce the gas content to the allowable range of the pump; When the gas content at the pump intake is slightly higher than 30%, a series of connected oil and gas separators can be used to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the submersible pump.

Product Description

The TVEM rotary separator is a device that effectively separates the gas-liquid mixture it inhales based on the principle of different centrifugal forces generated by substances of different densities under high-speed rotation. When the gas content at the pump intake is lower than 30%, a single tandem separator can be used to reduce the gas content to the allowable range of the pump; When the gas content at the pump intake is slightly higher than 30%, a series of connected oil and gas separators can be used to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the submersible pump.

The TVEM Vortex gas separator is a dynamic gas separation device with a special design structure, including an axial flow inducer, one or more vortex generators, 3B or 2B bearing support, and an outlet separation joint to generate a natural vortex effect and achieve efficient gas separation performance. Compared with rotary separators, vortex gas separators have a simple structure and similar gas-liquid separation efficiency.

The TVEM intake provides an inlet for the electric pump, which can be used separately when the gas content in the well fluid does not affect the pump.
